Receptionist

About the role

Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal is one of the nation's largest roofing contractors, specializing in complex commercial exterior envelope applications across various markets, including automotive, chemical, government, education, and healthcare industries. The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks including daily and weekly report generation
• Processes outgoing mail
• Performs other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Switchboard experience preferred
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
