What this job involves

As a Receptionist at JLL, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our organization, creating exceptional first impressions and memorable experiences for guests, employees, and visitors. This role is central to maintaining smooth daily operations and exemplifying JLL's commitment to outstanding service.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrival, office orientation, and departure while maintaining a warm, welcoming personality regardless of volume or time of day
  • Track and manage all visitor traffic including vendors, visiting employees, and guests; print visitor badges and coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors
  • Manage parking and vehicle logs, records, and coordinate event guest arrivals with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, packages, and mail while maintaining accurate records and efficient distribution
  • Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding tracking processes in collaboration with team members
  • Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all front-desk operations
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends in guest services, develop best practices, and create streamlined processes that enhance the overall guest experience

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of previous customer service related experience
  • Fluency in English and local language with excellent professional communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining consistent, elevated guest experiences and accuracy
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
  • Physical ability to adequately perform required job functions including lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and moving in a manner that performs tasks safely and in accordance with approved methods
  • Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities and high volumes of guests
  • Demonstrated confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for creating experiences that go beyond expected service standards
  • Initiative to proactively address guest needs and answer questions without prompting
  • Personal knowledge of office services, spaces, and amenities to help guests feel welcomed and productive
  • Experience supporting facilities management or annual management plans with key performance indicators
  • Able to perform ad hoc facilities assignments as needed
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple administrative systems simultaneously

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)
