Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers the telephone in a professional manner, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and/or takes messages.
- Makes faxes and photocopies as needed.
- Maintains current resident/patient and staff directories.
- Accepts job applications and forwards to appropriate departments.
- Announces emergency codes and instructions over the public address system as required.
- Assists residents, family members, and others with inquiries regarding Resident and facility information.
- Checks in residents, family, and staff according to Covid-19 policies and procedures.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

Required/Desired Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
