Responsibilities
- Greet clients and guests while delivering a first-class customer experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and web inquiries
- Support client engagement initiatives, dealership events, and customer outreach activities
- Track inbound and outbound communications
- Aid with delivery logistics and administrative coordination
- Provide administrative support to the sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Aid with customer follow-up and resolution of client inquiries
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area, customer lounge, and refreshment station
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, reception, or administrative experience required
- Hospitality, luxury retail, marketing, or high-end customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Passion for delivering an elevated customer experience
