Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Operate a multi-line phone system or switchboard; direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
- Take and relay messages accurately; may operate a paging system.
- Maintain call logs and follow up as needed.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors.
- Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned.
- Support customer satisfaction in areas such as service quality and issue resolution.
- Comply with all HIPAA, safety, and company policies.
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions promptly.
- Attend mandatory safety meetings, training, and compliance programs.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual (English/Armenian) preferred.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Basic computer and phone skills (email, texting, etc.).
- A high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A professional, respectful, and team-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
