About the role
We are excited to announce that we are looking to add a receptionist to our growing team! This is an in-office role - Reno, NV!
Responsibilities
- Enable you to apply your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences directly and as part of a team.
- Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages.
- Receive, sort and route mail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other technology as needed.
- Strong work ethic and meets commitments.
- Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations.
- Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
