About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Implement and maintain solutions to address client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in software development languages and tools
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
