Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Knowledge of cloud-based services and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Technical proficiency in software development languages and tools
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
