Receptionist

Era Living is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our Administration team at University House Issaquah Community in Issaquah, WA. $20.82 per hour, free meals, and free onsite parking provided.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and ensures the main console is attended at all times
• Directs calls and greets visitors and residents, guiding them appropriately
• Ensures all front desk standards and job functions are followed
• Responds to all emergency situations
• Completes clerical support duties when assigned

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with residents, families, care-team members, staff, volunteers, and visitors
• Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously
• Experience using computers: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer); data entry and accuracy skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to pass DSHS background check
• 6 months of reception experience (preferred)
• Current certification (or willingness to obtain) in First Aid and CPR
