Receptionist
What's the opportunity
We are looking for a Receptionist to answer and accurately direct phone calls and greet visitors positively and professionally. The receptionist will also handle administrative tasks as assigned.
What will you do
- Greeting guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages; providing information to callers.
- DIRECTING guests and answering their questions, providing them with guest badges.
- RECEIVING and sorting mail and packages.
- Handling as necessary INBOUND and OUTBOUND mail, documents and packages.
- MANAGE office supplies.
- PERFORMING administrative and clerical support tasks, such as updating spreadsheets and running reports.
- PERFORMING other duties as requested
What you bring to the table
- Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Must be attentive to details, organized and a team player.
