Receptionist
Position Requirements
- Direct and screen calls
- Customer Service for contractors, visitors, and the general public
- Responsible for mail distribution
- Administrative support for Human Resources (data entry, call ins, employee events, job fairs)
- Aid in orientation organization, file management, access control
- Supports other related clerical duties such as photocopying and filing
- Supports HR related activities (e.g., creating new hire badges etc.)
Skills
- Excellent communication skill sets - both in person, written and over the phone
- Strong Outlook and application skill sets, robust Excel, and Power Point skill sets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Accurate data entry capabilities
Abilities
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to grow and evolve
- Demonstrates resilience on an ongoing basis
- Can deal with ambiguity in a professional way
- Practical in identifying resources needed
Experience
- 3+ years plus working experience in a customer service / administrative capacity supporting internal or external customers where communication skill sets are a priority
- College or other post-secondary education / certification that is transferrable to the requirements of this position
