Receptionist
Job Summary
At CHI Health at Home, we strive to deliver hope and healing through our receptionist role. The Receptionist will greet external and internal customers professionally, field calls, manage on-site deliveries, and provide office support. Key responsibilities include scheduling conference rooms, handling facility issues, maintaining phone lists, distributing lists, managing a central filing system, and preparing non-clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Professional greeting of external and internal customers
- Fielding all calls, on-site deliveries, and providing office support
- Scheduling conference rooms and handling facility issues
- Maintaining employee phone lists and distributing lists of changes
- Maintaining a central filing system and preparing non-clinical documentation for filing
- Clerical support tasks such as typing, copying, and faxing
- Copies and distributes written communications as directed by branch leadership
- Placing calls for equipment service and other office support activities
- Promptly separates mail and distributes it properly
- Orders supplies as needed cost-effectively
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills; detail-oriented and self-directed
