Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $15 - $20 per hour.
Schedule
The Receptionist works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
