As the first point of contact for many of our customers, our Full-Time Receptionist plays an important role in representing the professionalism, hospitality, and high level of service that CBB customers have come to expect. Job Description: Work flexible hours, weekends, and Evenings. Are required Wear business-appropriate attire. Have clear and neat handwriting. Answer and transfer all incoming calls to their correct destination. Take messages and deliver them to their recipient in a timely manner. Sort out paperwork as needed. Be familiar with and able to work with Microsoft Word as well as Excel and Google Docs. Direct guests to their desired location. Be alert and aware of the guests who haven't been assisted yet. Bilingual is a plus!
