Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team starting at 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday. This position offers a competitive wage range of $17.87 - $18.37 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility
• Greet visitors
• Answer telephones
• Direct callers to appropriate parties
• Aid with general administrative support functions of the facility

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience using a 10-key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
• Pleasant voice and clear speech

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care facility
• Experience in healthcare
