Receptionist

Position Overview As Receptionist, you will be the first point-of-contact for customers, vendors and business partners visiting or calling our Corporate Offices. Job Description Location : 10 Optical Drive, Keene, NH Hours : Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.Answer incoming calls, greet callers, provide information, transfer calls or take messages as necessary.Contact individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using interoffice communication equipment or emailRelay or route written or verbal messages.Perform various data entry or word processing tasks, such as updating phone directoriesRoute emergency and routine calls appropriately.Travel Required: No Environment Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F) Skills Special Skills : Must be familiar with data entry and be acquainted with Microsoft Office Programs (Basic Level Proficiency required in Outlook, Excel, Word). Years Of Experience 1-2 : Customer service related work experience required, preferably in a receptionist position. Knowledge and experience with multi-phone line system.
