About the role
Birch Creek Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Full‑Time Receptionist to serve as the welcoming front‑desk face of the skilled nursing facility. The position works day shift, Sunday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct calls in a timely, friendly manner
- Support nursing and admin teams with light clerical tasks
- Help maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming front desk
- Make a meaningful impact every single day
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare or senior care is a plus
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus)
