Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming mail and documents

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Qualifications
- One year of administrative support experience preferred
- Experience with scheduling software beneficial
