Receptionist
You'll be the first face clients see when they walk into one of Florida's leading real estate and estate planning firms. This isn't a "sit behind the desk and answer phones" role — you're the front of the house, setting the tone for every client meeting and closing. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments, oversee conference room scheduling, and keep the reception area polished and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support attorneys and staff with scanning, filing, electronic records, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential client information with discretion.
Requirements
- 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new software quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset
Law firm or professional office experience is a plus, but not required.
Bonus points for: bilingual English/Spanish, notary commission (or willingness to obtain one).
