Patriots Village Veterans Home is South Carolina’s newest State Veterans Home, providing post‑acute rehabilitation, extended skilled nursing care, and specialized memory care for veterans in Sumter, South Carolina. Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors
• Assist with filing, data entry, and office support tasks
• Help distribute mail and maintain records
• Support payroll, accounts payable, and personnel functions as needed
• Attend training sessions, staff meetings, and facility programs

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
• Ability to work well with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings

Pay

$15.00‑$16.65 per hour (part‑time). Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Schedule

Part‑time position with weekend shifts; flexible scheduling options available.
