About the role
The Receptionist will ensure a welcoming environment for all SuCitta Warriors and guests, reporting to the Manager, Events & Fort 940 Experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet Fort 940 Guests and ensure a positive experience for all guests (customers, vendors, candidates, etc.).
- Communicate to SuCitta Warriors when guests have arrived and provide clear directions.
- Ensure the Reception area is clean and positively represents Atticus.
- Answer and appropriately route all incoming calls.
- Handle all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide support for events as requested.
- Assist with tours of Fort 940.
- Provide support with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality and/or receptionist roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lift and move office items, including chairs, tables, and boxes.
