Receptionist

Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Lowell is hiring a full-time receptionist! Monday through Friday shift, 8a-4p. Weekly pay at $16 an hour. As our receptionist, you are the face of the facility while greeting guests, managing incoming mail and packages, and assisting with phone calls. Duties & Responsibilities: Operate telephone using proper phone etiquette.Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas.Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions.Responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies.Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.Other duties as assigned by manager.
