About the role
This position greets visitors and residents courteously, assists with questions/problems, and serves as central communications during emergencies. Administrative duties include mail distribution, copying, computer work, and monitoring security cameras in conjunction with security staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and residents courteously and assist with questions/problems or refer to appropriate department.
- Serve as central communications during emergencies.
- Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner and direct calls to appropriate party.
- Complete administrative duties such as mail distribution, copying, computer work, etc.
- Maintain security by monitoring security cameras in conjunction with security staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One (1) year(s) of administrative/receptionist experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One (1) year(s) of administrative/receptionist experience.
Skills
- Courteous customer service skills.
- Administrative and organizational abilities.

Pay
$17.25/hour. This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule.
Schedule
PRN - available 1st shift: 6:30am to 3:00PM, 2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM or 3rd shift: 10:30 PM to 7:00AM as needed.
