Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by professionally greeting visitors and staff to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Provide excellent customer service while answering calls, taking messages, checking in visitors, and maintaining the lobby and meeting spaces.
- Cook up the purchasing, inventory, distribution, and stocking of office supplies and Foundation-branded materials.
- Support daily office operations by opening and distributing mail, being the point-of-contact for service vendors, and tracking facility work orders.
- Aid in the coordination and tracking of shared building resources.
- Support GIFT Academy sessions by scheduling, recording, and coordinating post-session action items.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum Experience: 1-3 years’ of experience in a customer service role within a professional environment.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to create an environment with approachability, hospitality, and customer service.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, and in a PC environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Discretion in handling confidential matters.
