Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
for headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include only sections with real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
First paragraph: "Be the welcoming first point of contact for a company where relationships matter. At Thomas & Hutton, you’ll play an important role in creating a professional, organized, and welcoming experience for our clients, visitors, and employees while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly. If you take pride in providing exceptional service, enjoy interacting with people, and can confidently manage a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment, this role is for you."
That's about the role. Could be About the role.
Then "What you'll do:" bullet list of duties. That's Responsibilities.
Then "What you bring:" bullet list of qualifications/requirements. Could be Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have content for responsibilities, requirements (education, experience), skills (customer service, communication, proficiency, etc.), benefits (competitive pay plus performance bonus, condensed work schedule, health coverage, 401(k), PTO, holidays, tuition assistance, professional development), schedule (On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.). Pay: "Competitive pay plus performance bonus" is mentioned under Why Thomas & Hutton? Actually that's benefits. But we can treat pay as part of benefits? The instruction says include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive pay plus performance bonus". That's pay info. So we can have Pay section with that line. Benefits section can include other benefits: condensed work schedule, health/dental/vision/prescription coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, holidays, tuition assistance, professional development opportunities, Thomas & Hutton University, etc.
We need to avoid duplication: "Why Thomas & Hutton?" appears twice; we should only include content once.
Also we need to remove duplicated lines like "Why Thomas & Hutton? Why Thomas & Hutton?" and the later paragraphs about mission etc. Those are boilerplate? They are not required but could be considered extra. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement etc might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly legal/EEO but could be considered fluff. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The mission statement is substantive? It's more marketing. Might be considered not essential but could be kept? The instruction says remove duplicated lines, but not necessarily remove mission statement. However we need to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The mission statement could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role? However the instruction says do not repeat job title as heading; we can include prose.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
