Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and direct accordingly
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Coordinate with external vendors and clients
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
