Responsibilities
- Greet customers, visitors and colleagues.
- Provide a consistent point of contact for all GHQ office colleagues.
- Actively manage physical access credentials and office security for GHQ and assist with other global sites.
- Work collaboratively with various business groups to develop and maintain effective office management procedures.
- Actively manage conference rooms and provide assistance as required.
- Aid in the Concur travel program.
- Offer ongoing support to internal business groups as required.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (case of paper, packages etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet stated deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals, both internal and external.
- Self-starter, able to motivate oneself and team members.
Qualifications
- Lawful ability to work within US.
Skills
Preferred qualifications include experience using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $18.58-$27.26 per hour (in the primary posting location).
Schedule
This position is fully onsite.
