Responsibilities
- Open and close the reception area each day.
- Balance the cash drawer and prepare deposits accurately.
- Organize and reconcile parts and service transactions.
- Record and track transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Process payments, make change accurately, and issue customer receipts as needed.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department promptly.
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Handle customer concerns courteously and refer issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.
- Operate a multi-line switchboard telephone system.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Communicate professionally while minimizing caller’s wait times.
- Aid managers with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Learn dealership departments and internal procedures to efficiently assist customers and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and personnel.
- Available to work PM shifts as needed.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
