Receptionist (Part-Time)
Summary: Princeton Insurance Agency, now part of the OneDigital family, is seeking an energetic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our Cambridge-Isanti branch. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members
- Support Account Managers with client needs, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Cook conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and clean-up (including food ordering as needed)
- Maintain office supplies (inventory, ordering, and distribution)
- Maintain office security procedures
- Support basic insurance related tasks (training provided)
- Occasionally provide backup support to other branch locations (Princeton, Foley, Cambridge)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required
Pay and Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 to $21 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. Schedule
