Main Responsibilities for Front Desk Admin
- Answer incoming phone calls to the office main line and direct the caller to the appropriate employee or department
- Greet guests professionally and with a smile and notify employees that their guest arrived.
- Take accurate messages
- Maintain a digital visitor log for security
- Distribute mail to departments as appropriate
- Absorb accounts receivable collection and payments to service providers
- Sending invoices to customers daily
- Maintain an account list with customer accounting details
- Post incoming customer payments
- Absorb shipment tracking to assist various departments
- Absorb assistance with management, administration, and other departments as requested
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and perform the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride

Qualifications
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A positive and willing to help attitude
- A professional attitude and attire that exemplifies the Expeditors Culture
- Accounting comprehension or acumen
- English language proficiency
