About the role

This position is responsible for supporting the project team on smaller, less complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management
• Manages change orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and tracked as required
• Procures equipment, materials, and services; participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors
• Stays current on emerging trends
• Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Basic ERP skills, including inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reports
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel)

Pay

For California, pay ranges from $80,000 – $88,000 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above. Final pay is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
