Recent Grad/Alumni - Project Engineer I
Position Summary

In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, scheduling and design within the design-build construction process.
Position Details
- Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management.
- Manages change orders. Ensures they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
- Procures equipment and materials and services; and participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
- Stays current on emerging trends.
- Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed
Qualifications
- Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing drawings
- Basic verbal and written communications skills
- Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel
- Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.

Pay
Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Maryland, this ranges from $84,000 - $87,000 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above.
Contingent Employment
All employment offers are contingent upon successful drug tests, background checks, and professional reference checks. Roles that include driving as an essential job duty will be required to have a successful Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR).
