Receiving Team Member - 2nd Shift

About the role
Receivers are responsible for verifying, handling, and sorting incoming shipments. You will utilize handheld RF (Radio Frequency) scanners and powered industrial forklifts to transport and accurately place both individual cases and full pallets of material in system-designated locations. Maintaining a safe work environment while meeting quality and productivity standards is essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple powered industrial equipment such as stand-up/sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Use RF units to scan product and location barcodes.
- Relocate incoming shipments to pre-identified locations.
- Follow safety procedures for equipment to reduce potential accidents.
- Use provided safety box cutters to cut packaging materials.
- Complete daily checkoff sheets while monitoring equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Lift products and place them into proper staging locations (up to 50 lbs).
- Communicate with direct leadership for direction and address questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with coworkers to share expertise.
- Understand and meet quota/productivity requirements.
- Maintain regular safety and cleaning standards to support 5S methodology.
- Remain standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours) with constant arm movement.
Requirements
- 6 months of reach truck experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills
- Knowledge:

- SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System) ERP systems.

Pay
Hourly rate: $21.51 plus $1.25 per hour shift differential (total $22.76/hour). Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
Schedule
2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
