Receiving Supervisor

About the role

The Overnight Receiving Supervisor oversees warehouse operations in retail stores, supervising staff and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
• Schedules warehouse personnel to ensure productive and cost-efficient operations.
• Maintains warehouse equipment and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
• Trains and enforces standard operating procedures.
• Handles employee inquiries and resolves issues.
• Collaborates with other departments for efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitors paperwork flow and resolves discrepancies.
• Executes Storage Buy Audit COP and ensures inventory compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in warehousing.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Flexible availability, including extended hours during peak seasons.

Store hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
