Responsibilities
- Follow and demonstrate company safety rules in accordance with OSHA regulations, including wearing PPE such as safety shoes, glasses, goggles, ear plugs, and gloves.
- Ensure the work area complies with all OSHA standards.
- Verify materials with driver’s paperwork and internal documents, ensuring all certifications and documentation are correct.
- Unload, inspect, inventory, document, tag, and deliver materials and components to appropriate storage locations accurately and in an organized manner.
- Review job order paperwork for material requirements and consult with Operators on the order of material usage.
- Accurately stage, move, store, and organize raw materials, parts, and finished materials to support Operations.
- Assist with conducting inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Maintain assigned equipment as directed.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Maintain excellent attendance.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; will train on the job.
- Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn ERP software.
- Must be able to work outdoors under all weather conditions.
- Must be able to read and interpret BOL’s, shipping lists, Purchase Orders, and other documents, as well as write legibly.
- Must possess a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and be a self-starter who remains engaged.
- Must be capable of operating various material handling equipment, including forklifts, side-lifts, and overhead cranes.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Bi-lingual preferred.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, manually manipulate, and reach outward.
- Frequently required to reach above the shoulder, climb, and occasionally required to sit, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend.
- Must constantly lift/carry up to 11-20 lbs and push/pull 12 lbs or less.
- Frequently lift/carry up to 51-100 lbs and push/pull 41-100 lbs.
- Vision requirements: near, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Ability to sense sound (standard).
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety toe shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and fall protection (Fall Arrest System).
- Sense of touch.
Work Environment
- Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
