Receiving Lead
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Ensure that all procedures are followed when checking in or out vendors.
- Receive all merchandise, check and verify invoices, process all credits, accurately log according to company procedures.
- Communicate promptly to the Store Director any problems or situations which may affect the integrity of the store or of the vendor.
- Ensure stock/product is taken to applicable storage and/or workload areas.
- Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
- Maintain receiving records and logs for internal audits.
- Maintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department.
- Follow all policies and procedures relating to security of receiving door.
- Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
- Follow Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
- Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
- May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
Here’s What You’ll Need
- A high school graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Suggestive Selling/Knowledge of Products.
- Detail Oriented.

Position Summary: This role is responsible to perform the primary responsibility of efficient and accurate checking of all vendor deliveries and to perform other functions as required in an efficient manner within the company policies, to ensure that the shift contributes to the best financial interest of the store.
