Receiving & Distribution Tech, 7a-3:30p Monday-Friday, Weekend Rotation

Responsibilities

• Receiving and preparing orders for units, and distributing supplies in a timely and organized manner (speed and accuracy are the utmost important factor when receiving orders)
• Assisting with the unloading of supplier truck to receive, combine and process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Providing back-up support to staff
• Procuring supplies for the hospitals
• Following up on any purchase orders placed
• Directing internal and external customers to appropriate areas and acting as receptionist
• Taking responsibility within appropriate guidelines, prioritizing duties, teamwork and flexibility

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training provided
• Desired: One year of experience in a warehouse with a computerized inventory system
• Desired: High School Diploma or GED
