Responsibilities

• RECEIVING and preparing orders for units, and distributing supplies in a timely and organized manner.
• (Speed and accuracy are the utmost important factor when receiving orders).
• Assisting with the unloading of supplier trucks in order to receive, combine and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Provides back-up support to staff.
• Procures supplies for the hospitals.
• Follows up on any purchase orders placed.
• Directs internal and external customers to appropriate areas and acts as receptionist.
• Takes responsibility within appropriate guidelines.
• Prioritizes duties.
• Works collaboratively as part of a team.
• Displays flexibility.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
