Receiving Clerk I
Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Located in Red Bud, Illinois, RMF provides a full range of in-house capabilities including structural and pipe fabrication, electrical assembly, panel building, and complete modular unit assembly. About the role
Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, this position will be responsible for receiving incoming material and verifying contents.
Responsibilities
- Check-in, match, count, and stock all incoming material.
- Unload and receive materials in accordance with the receiving standard operating procedure.
- Report any discrepancies to the Receiving Specialist and assist appropriately.
- Pack, seal, and return materials in a timely manner.
- Serve as point person for employees who need items from the cage.
- Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
- Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
- One (1) year of shipping & receiving experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Required tool list: tape measure and folding utility knife.
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
- Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software.
- Great organization skills and attention to detail are required.
- High level of energy and motivation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime and some weekends required.
- Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.

- $5,000 relocation bonus for candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility (employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus)
