Receiving Clerk -3rd Shift

Responsible for daily/weekly maintenance of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, and tracking of DOT requirements for logs and driver files. Acts as liaison for internal customer support and tracks all return goods as directed by the customer for close-out of returns from the private fleet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain database and miscellaneous reporting
• Process freight bills and packing slips
• Conduct auditing tasks
• Involve Safety team as required by location
• Prioritize workload and adjust based on position requirements
• Maintain confidentiality
• Handle other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 2 years of general office experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary and work the required schedule
• Complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening

Pay

$20.82 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential, totaling $21.82 per hour. $1,500 retention bonus after 120 days.

Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
