About the role
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant and outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. Provides support to full team members in warehouse functions. Works closely with Operations Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure facility customer service and productivity expectations are met. Provides a variety of responsibilities to keep the team moving forward toward an appreciative and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Processing Inbound and Outbound shipments in the warehouse
- Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times
- Resolve discrepancies
- Interact with warehouse associates and trouble shoot issues
- Aid in daily and weekly reports
- Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics
- Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
- Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
- 2 years of general office experience required
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
- AS400 experience preferred

- Hourly Pay: $22.18 Base Rate + $1.00 shift differential

Schedule
- 3rd shift
- Sunday-Thursday 10:45 PM - 6:00 AM
- Weekend work and OT as needed
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, and sit frequently
- Lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg occasionally
- Use hands to touch, handle, and feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
