The Receiving Clerk at the 029 Dallas Fort Worth-Jefferson store is part of the Fiesta Mart team, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and supporting the local community.
Responsibilities
- Operate the receiving department for the store under the supervision of the Store Director.
- Ensure the accurate receipt and storage of goods.
- Handle customer inquiries and interactions effectively.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling.
- Adhere to visual and auditory requirements typical of a fast-paced grocery store environment.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write in both Spanish and English.
- Interact with the general public and co-workers.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently, up to 45 pounds occasionally, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
Qualifications
- Basic PC/Outlook skills.
- Retail Management Certificate preferred.
Skills
- Spanish/English language proficiency.
- Customer service skills.
- Physical stamina for handling inventory and assisting customers.
