Receiving Clerk - 067 Dallas Fort Worth-West Bolt

About the role

The Receiving Clerk at the Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team is based at 421 W. Bolt St., Ft. Worth, Texas, 76110. This role is part of the Chedraui USA group of companies, committed to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the receiving department for the store under the supervision of the Store Director.
• Handle the entire operation of the receiving department, including managing inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Ensure that all incoming goods are properly inspected and logged according to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and internal staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling as required by the job.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in Spanish and English.
• Interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).

Skills

• Spanish/English language proficiency.
• Customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and strength.
