Receiving and Inventory Clerk

About the role

For more than 40 years, Derco, a Lockheed Martin Company, has provided logistics and technical support for fixed‑wing and rotary aircraft. Derco is an industry leader offering fleet management solutions including spares distribution, logistics solutions, repair and overhaul services, and technical solutions. The Receiving & Inventory Clerk will be involved in many warehouse activities, primarily receiving and inspecting inventory to meet contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound material
• Count and inspect material to basic requirements
• Help prepare kits by picking parts and auditing completed kits for accuracy
• Individually pack parts for inventory storage as required
• Remain on feet for long periods of the workday
• Lift and move items or cartons up to fifty pounds or more (with team lifts as needed)
• May be trained and certified in forklift and/or other Powered Industrial Vehicle use
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining safety and accuracy

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience
• Proficiency in basic MS Office tools

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous aerospace experience
• Previous Lockheed Martin experience

• Basic material handling and packing skills
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy

Pay

Full‑time salary range: $35,600.00 – $66,000.00 (guideline; actual offer based on experience, education, location, etc.)
