Responsibilities
- Manage, receive, and load all local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match as per invoice and delivery order.
- Collect shipments, handle documentation, and organize shipments in the facility.
- Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels in order to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material.
- Inform concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess, and any deviations.
- Work with heavy workload and stand for prolonged periods with ability to move, lift, carry, pull, or push as needed.
- Drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines and substantial workload.
- Demonstrate outstanding and transparent communication skills.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Show dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service.
- Flexible to work different shifts—days, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Take a hands-on approach and react with a sense of urgency.
- Seek solutions and make effective decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a logistics/warehouse.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift Certified required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficient computer skills (particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Pay
$21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Schedule
Flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
