About the role

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation’s leading environmental oilfield waste management provider, offering superior reliability and results to customers across the country. The Receiver/Admin position is based at the Wishbone facility in Stanton, TX. In this role you will be the first point of contact for drivers, providing excellent customer service while performing basic data entry and computer work. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, good computer skills, is very organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in all visitors
• Receive paperwork/manifest
• Review information and make sure everything is filled out
• Look to verify information from state website
• Input the information into the database
• Direct the driver to the next spot
• Keep up with the volume report
• Answer the phones
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• The ability to type and 10‑key by touch
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Pay

Pay range: $20‑$23 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

Full‑time position with a 14 days on / 7 days off rotation. Day shift: 7 am – 7 pm. Night shift: 7 pm – 7 am.
