About the role
Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and bugs are identified early in the development process.
- Participate in design sprints and facilitate workshops to ideate and implement new features.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software meets functional requirements and is free of defects.
- Document code and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases and data structures.
- Knowledge of software development tools and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Skills
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle processes.
