Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch program
- Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert
- Conduct three open houses monthly
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Trainings and Partner Calls
Qualifications
- You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn
- You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Possess a current REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- People-oriented
- Driven
- Will show up to the all Team meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Positive, happy attitude
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based & coachable
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- High school graduate
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
