About the role

Help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property. You find prospects, earn their trust, show them the market, and close deals. You receive daily leads from Property Finder and work with an AI‑powered CRM and tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and renters in Dubai.
• Build trust and guide clients through the property market.
• Conduct property viewings and present market information.
• Negotiate and close sales, purchases, and rental agreements.
• Use the company’s AI‑powered CRM and marketing tools to manage leads and follow‑ups.
• Attend a two‑week academy with a UK‑certified trainer and receive ongoing mentorship from an agent with 15+ years of Dubai property experience.

Requirements

• No prior real‑estate experience required; training is provided from zero.
• Prepared to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months.
