About the role

We are seeking real New Yorkers with big personalities, strong opinions, and unmistakable NYC energy to taste test the menu of a popular fast food restaurant and share their honest reactions on camera. This non-union commercial will film in Miami, but we are looking for that infectious NY energy. No acting experience is necessary—we want authentic personalities who love food, speak their minds, and aren’t afraid to share their unfiltered opinions.

Schedule

Travel/Shoot Window: July 13–18, 2026

  • Travel: July 13th (departure from a New York area airport)
  • Wardrobe Fitting: July 14th
  • Shoot: July 15–17 (each person will likely only be needed for one shoot day, which may shorten the overall travel schedule)
  • Return Travel: July 16–18

Zoom Callbacks: Monday, June 29th

Pay

Base Pay: Minimum $1,400, broken down as follows:

  • $500 per shoot day
  • $350 per travel day
  • $200 for wardrobe fitting (not to exceed 4 hours)

Overtime Rates:

  • Fitting OT: $50/hour (no agent fee)
  • Session OT: $75/hour after 10 hours (plus 20% agent fee)
  • Travel Day OT: Included in $350/travel day rate (plus 20% agent fee)

Buyout: Additional $1,500 (plus 20% agent fee) if talent appears in the final cut.

Renewal Option: One additional 3-month term at 100% of the buyout rate (plus 20% agent fee), covering the same media and territory.

Usage & Exclusivity

Media: Broadcast TV, Digital/Social, Industrial, Internet, PR, Out-of-Home (OOH).

Term: 3 months from first air date, with in-perpetuity archival use for the client/agency. Talent’s appearance will naturally move down social media queues (YouTube, etc.) and will not be renewed without prior negotiation.

Territory: North America and U.S. territories.

Exclusivity Restrictions: Talent may not appear in commercials for QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) competitors during the term, including McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, Wendy’s, In-N-Out Burger, Five Guys, Arby’s, Culver’s, Sonic, Checkers, and Carl’s Jr.

Travel & Accommodations

Production will cover all travel (flights from a New York area airport), hotel accommodations, and transportation.
