Real People Casting – Gen Z’s with Urban Street Style

Jones & Juliet Casting is seeking fearless, urban, bold teens and young adults (ages 14-25) in New York City for a documentary-style campaign for a major brand. We’re looking for those who are always outside—bike kids, ball players, skaters, graffiti artists, streetwear influencers, parkour athletes, rappers, dancers, and anyone carving their own path through the city’s obstacles. No acting or modeling experience is necessary.

Pay

• $600 per shoot day
• Additional $3,000 or $1,000 usage buyout if you appear in the final commercial as a main, supporting, or featured character
• +20% if represented by an agency

Schedule

• Shoot dates: March 20-24 in NYC
• Usage period: 2 years global (perpetual for internal/archival use)

Requirements

• Open to all ethnicities, genders, and styles of self-expression
• Must be available for shoot dates in NYC
• Exclusivity clause: No promotional activities, endorsements, or social media posts for competing athletic brands between campaign start and end dates

Usage Details

The campaign will use your likeness (name, image, voice, performance, biographical info, etc.) across multiple media channels, including:

• Digital radio and streaming platforms
• Email, events, and internal presentations
• Internet/digital channels (websites, apps, social media)
• Print collateral, retail signage, and advertising
• Out-of-home/digital out-of-home and print ads (optional, with additional fee)

Global usage rights for 2 years, with perpetual internal/archival rights. Competitor exclusivity applies during the campaign period.
